                            Cleveland Avenue, Long Beach

 1.      Four Trophies will be awarded:
        ·       President’s Trophy
        ·       Civic Unit/Commercial Unit
        ·        Marching Unit
        ·        Family/Friends Unit

 2.      Reflection of the parade theme is a major consideration in selecting winners.

 3.      Participants will begin and end at the parade at the stadium. Trophies will be awarded at the ed of the parade at the stadium.

 4.      Entry forms should be received by the Carnival Association no later than January 15th, 2010.

 5.      The Parade Chairman will contact each Unit with their assigned number. The number must be prominently displayed on each side of floats for judging.

 6.      Parade lineup will begin in the Stadium parking lot and extend to Cleveland Ave, and Gardendale Ave. Floats should approach Gardendale from Allen Road.

 7.      The Carnival Association of Long Beach will NOT be liable for any accidents or property damage caused by participants in the Parade. Entries are responsible for their own liabilities, therefore we encourage you to be insured.

 Questions can be addressed to the Board of Directors until such time as a Parade Chairman is identified.
